Description
The aim of the Applied Informatics programme is to prepare broad-minded highly qualified information technology (IT) specialists, capable of:
\n
\nperforming analysis of (big) data (text, signals, multimedia, etc.) by applying data mining techniques and tools, designing, developing and deploying data analytics solutions;
\nformalizing, modelling and simulating complex systems and business processes, designing and deploying artificial intelligence based systems and applications;
\nperforming R&D activities in an industrial or academic setting, pursuing doctoral degree in Lithuanian and foreign universities and research institutions.

Bachelor or equivalent degree in Informatics, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mathematics \nProof of English Language: applicant has to present document proving B2 level (TOEFL 87-109 iBT/534-633 PBT, IELTS 5-6,5, Cambridge English First (FCE), BEC Vantage, Michigan ECCE, PTE General Level 3, TOEIC Listening & Reading 785, TOEIC Speaking & Writing 310, Duolingo 100-115) if the applicant is not native speaker and/or had not received education in English.
